So you've decided it's time to make an internet video for your business. You've already selected a video production company to make the video, picked a shoot date, and penciled in a start time. You're well on your way to possessing a powerful new advertising tool, but you still need to make several key planning decisions before the videographer hits "record":
1) Where will the shoot take place?
2) Who will be the talent in your video?
3) What action footage and b roll will you show?
4) What are you back-up plans?
Your planning decisions will have an enormous impact on the nature and quality of your video, so it's critical that you make them carefully.
In the upcoming series of entries I will discuss each decision and offer advice. Stay tuned!
